1. Company Information

Dar Al Kanz Fabrication & Welding LLC is a UAE-based company specializing in stainless steel fabrication and welding for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include stainless steel fabrication, industrial equipment, custom welding, CNC cutting, polishing, and installation for kitchens, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, villas, and more.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Prices may vary based on material cost changes or project modifications.
• Additional work beyond the approved quotation will be charged separately.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders begin only after written confirmation and agreed advance payment.
• Full payment must be made before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cheque in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

5. Delivery & Installation

• Estimated delivery and installation timelines are shared upon order confirmation.
• Delays caused by external factors (site readiness, regulations, or material availability) are beyond our control.
• The client must ensure the site is accessible and prepared before installation begins.

6. Warranty & Quality

All stainless steel fabrication works include a limited workmanship warranty (6–12 months). The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, corrosion from chemicals, or third-party modifications.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders canceled after material procurement or production commencement will incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
• Custom-made or fabricated items are non-refundable once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and photos shared by Dar Al Kanz remain the property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dar Al Kanz Fabrication & Welding LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to update or modify website content without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
